Refund Policy

Introduction

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests for Ruma AI, operated by EXXE DIJITAL TEKNOLOJI ANONIM SIRKETI, are handled. By purchasing a subscription, starting a trial, or using the service, you agree to this Policy together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.

1. Cancelling and refunding are different

Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself reverse a charge already made. How to cancel is explained in our Cancellation Policy. This page covers whether a charge that has already been taken can be refunded.

2. Digital access is delivered immediately

After a successful payment you receive immediate access to the premium features, services and content of the plan you chose. Providing that access is the full delivery of the digital service. Because access is granted at once, payments are generally final once the paid period has started — even if the service was not used, was only partly used, or you later decide not to continue.

3. What is not refundable

Subject to your statutory rights in section 6, refunds are not provided for:

  • trial subscriptions that convert into paid subscriptions;
  • recurring subscription renewals;
  • partly used subscription periods;
  • unused subscription periods;
  • failure to cancel before the next billing date;
  • deleting the app or your account after payment;
  • not using the service after payment;
  • misunderstanding the trial price, renewal amount, or billing frequency after checkout was completed.

4. Trials

Where a trial is offered, its price, duration, the renewal amount, the billing frequency and the cancellation requirement are all shown at checkout before you pay. By completing checkout you agree that the trial converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Not cancelling in time does not, by itself, qualify the resulting charge for a refund.

5. App Store and Google Play purchases

This Policy applies only to subscriptions purchased directly through this website. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellation and refund requests must be handled through that store under its own policies — we cannot process them for you.

6. Residents of the EEA, the UK and Switzerland

By purchasing a subscription, starting a trial, or accessing premium features, you expressly request the immediate supply of the digital service and acknowledge that, once access has been granted and the service has started, it is treated as delivered, and any right of withdrawal may no longer apply to the extent permitted by law. Where a mandatory legal right applies in your jurisdiction, nothing in this Policy limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Refund request period

Any refund request must be submitted to us within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of the charge to which it relates. Requests received after this 14-day period will not be reviewed and the related charge will be treated as final, except where a longer period is granted to you by mandatory applicable law. Submitting a request within this period does not by itself entitle you to a refund; each request is assessed under this Policy and applicable law.

8. Exceptional cases

You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling before a renewal if you no longer want it. We may review exceptional situations at our discretion, but doing so does not create an automatic right to a refund.

9. How to contact us

To ask about a charge or request a refund, write to [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout, describing what happened, or reach us through our Help Centre within the 14-day period described in section 7. We review each request individually and honour the refund rights granted to you by applicable law.
